Creating and morphing their own identity through a fluid and experimental art practice, Paige's work explores themes that are close to her, exposing and making herself vulnerable for the audience. Their work is inspired by their inner thoughts, feelings and surroundings, exploring such themes as mental illness, gender identity, sexuality and feminism.
"Growing up with family members having mental illnesses and being diagnosed with one myself, I used my art practice as a coping mechanism and an outlet to be honest about something that was, and still is, so stigmatized. Mental Illness and feminism are a foundation for my work, as well as exploring my gender and sexual identity through a mixed media practice."
